About LJIPL · Since 1989

An Indian family business, manufacturing adhesive tapes for 37+ years.

Lalit Jain Industries Pvt. Ltd. (LJIPL) was founded in 1989 by Late Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain, with a single objective — to manufacture industrial adhesive tapes that Indian printers, packagers and converters could specify with confidence. Today the company is run by his sons, Mr. Prateek Jain and Mr. Shikhar Jain, from two plants in Delhi NCR.

From a single Delhi facility making BOPP and Kraft packaging tapes for local printers, the company grew steadily through the 1990s and 2000s on the back of one promise — full-length-guaranteed reels. If the label said 1000 metres, the reel contained 1000 metres. That single discipline became the company's signature.

Today LJIPL operates two ISO 9001:2015 plants — one in HSIIDC Rai, Sonipat, the other in DSIIDC Bawana, Delhi — running in-house solvent coating, slitting, and printing lines. The business is organised under two specialised divisions:

  • Prateek® Tapes — general industrial: BOPP, Kraft, double-sided tissue & polyester, and the premium PTK® 910 / 1200 / 1600 printed range. Serves FMCG, printing, leather goods, label converters and export-oriented packagers.
  • Mr.Bond® — EV-grade & specialty: polyimide insulation, copper foil, nitrile & acrylic foam, thermal pads. Engineered for electric-vehicle battery assembly and electronics OEMs.
